Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by Sunday, Dec. 28, 2025, will receive a full refund. To cancel, please email education@lifeflighteagle.org. Cancellations made between Monday, Dec. 29, 2025 and Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made Wednesday, Jan. 7, or later will not be eligible for a refund. However, attendees may transfer their registration to another person. To do so, the original attendee must notify LifeFlight Eagle of the intended transfer and provide the contact information for the recipient. Payment remains the responsibility of the original registrant.
